Step 1: Create a blog if you have none or install the script
Just head in to http://wordpress.org and create your own blog then park it that is if you dont have one if you do just go to Step 2

Step 2: Sign in into your dashboard and install bbpress plugin
Go straight to http://mywpblog.myextension/wp-admin/ to sign in then install bbpress plugin on it.You can also install other plugins that help make a community and increases users access and fields

Step 3: It now time to work
If im to do this ill simply import rss feeds to my index page using a simple plugin (forgotten name o ) and ill import from one category only which with css ill hide to users and display to me only
