How do i change my forum design

Hello guys I'm new to the Tcigroup Host and I created a forum on it http://billjr.tcihosting.cf but I don't like the design and I want to change it please help me sirs

Wow @billjr welcome aboard to our Family.
To edit design In Admin Cpanel 1.4 click on Menu then Options then change your style.
You can also use PROF.JS to style your Forum
